To make an account on the Groove Health app:

  1. Open the Groove Health app and click on the "More" tab.
  2. Under "Profile" click "Register or Login."
  3. Enter a valid email address and password. Your password must: be between 8-20 characters, include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
  4. Click "Register."

You now have a registered account with Groove Health. With a registered account, you can switch to a new device if your old device is lost or damaged, without losing any of your Groove Health data.

If you forgot your password, it can be reset by clicking "Forgot Password?" under the "Log In" button.

Changing your email address or password in the Groove Health app is easy. To change your email address or password:

  1. Open the Groove Health app and click on the "More" tab.
  2. Scroll towards the bottom of the page then click "Settings" under "Menu."
  3. Under "Manage Account", click "Email and Password."

To change your email address:

  1. Click the "edit" button next to your current email address.
  2. Enter your new email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click "Change Email."

To change your password:

  1. Click the "edit" button for "password."
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password.
  4. Confirm (re-enter) your new password.
  5. Press "Change Password."

Please note: your password must be between 8-20 characters, include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
